Sci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project goal:<\/strong> Study of the high-energy electrons behavior and the state of near-Earth space during their extreme enhancements, the determination of the peculiarities of the intensity of galactic cosmic rays behavior, the development of the basis for a predictive model of the high-energy magnetospheric electrons fluence for low and moderate solar activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Project Tasks<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p>Objective 1 \u2013 Study the features of sharp increases in the flux of high-energy magnetospheric electrons and the state of the interplanetary and near-Earth environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objective 2 \u2013 Study the density and vector anisotropy of galactic cosmic rays during and in front of increasing fluxes of magnetospheric electrons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objective 3 \u2013 Develop the basis of a prognostic model of the fluence behavior of high-energy magnetospheric electrons for low and moderate solar activity.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Expected results<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p>Delay periods of the beginning of electronic increases in relation to geomagnetic disturbances and solar wind speed increases in 1987-2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peculiarities of the density and vector anisotropy behavior of galactic cosmic rays according to the data of the world neutron monitor network before and during electron enhancements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basics of the predictive model of high-energy magnetospheric electrons fluence behavior for low and moderate solar activity and the results of comparison of high-energy electrons measurements and calculated by the created model.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Results Obtained<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p><em>2020:<\/em> The delay times for the onset of electron enhancements relative to geomagnetic disturbances and solar wind velocity enhancements were calculated for each event in 1987-2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2021:<\/em> Features of the behavior of the density and vector anisotropy of galactic cosmic rays, calculated by the Global Survey Method (GSM) from the data of the world network of neutron monitors, before and during electron enhancements are revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2022:<\/em> The foundations of a predictive model for the behavior of the fluence of high-energy magnetospheric electrons for low and moderate solar activity are developed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Published papers<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p>2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; CIS countries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
