Berik Iskakov was born in 1988 in the Almaty Region, Kazakhstan.
He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics and subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in Mechanics.

2009-2012 – Lead Engineer, Ionosphere Institute, National Center for Space Research and Technology JSC.
2012-2017 – Acting Head of Sector, Ionosphere Institute, National Center for Space Research and Technology JSC.
2017 – Acting Head of Laboratory, Ionosphere Institute, National Center for Space Research and Technology JSC.
2017-2020 – Acting Head of Department, Ionosphere Institute, National Center for Space Research and Technology JSC.
Since 2020 – Deputy Director for Research, Ionosphere Institute LLP, Aerospace Committee of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
