A young scientist from the Institute of Ionosphere was awarded a certificate for an apartment in Almaty.

As part of a celebratory event marking the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulzat Kobenova, on behalf of the Head of State, presented apartment certificates to eight young scientists.

Among the awardees was Aibek Aitollaevich Merekeyev, a senior researcher at the Institute of Ionosphere, who received a certificate for a two-room apartment in one of Almaty’s new residential complexes. Aibek Merekeyev is actively involved in research, publishes in international peer-reviewed journals, and participates in national and international projects.

Providing housing to young scientists is an important measure of state support aimed at creating conditions for professional self-realization, increasing the prestige of scientific activity, and retaining personnel in the field of science.

The Institute of Ionosphere staff congratulates Aibek Aitollayevich on receiving the keys to his new apartment and wishes him well-being, family comfort, and continued success in his scientific endeavors.
